That's not what I use my newsletter for. I am one person running this whole joint, so I don't have time to sit at my computer and spam you with marketing emails. I have stuff to make. And honestly, I wouldn't sell your information even if I knew who to sell it to.

All that for an email. Why do I want your email? Because social media doesn't like businesses like mine. I can be "zucked" in an instant. It helps to have a direct line of communication with fans of my work in the event that the overlords decide to toss me to the shadows.
