Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, as they are considered intimate products. Orders that arrive damaged or are lost in transit must be handled by the customer through the appropriate mail carrier.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Resize Warranty

We offer a one-time modification or to wearable items that are not worn in, or around, genitals, anus, or used in the mouth (aka: Collars, cuffs, and chest harnesses). Buyer is responsible for asking for a resize within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping the exchange.

Repair warranty

Customer is credited a one-time repair to all items valued over $100 for 2 years. 
Customer is credited a one-time repair service to all items valued over $200 that may be used at anytime during the makers lifetime. (As of August 8th, 2025, we are extending this lifetime warranty to all floggers valued over $100)

Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping unless damages were accrued during fulfillment

Repair services are up to my discretion. We may refuse repair warranty services If you misuse our products. Manufacture defects, such as stitching coming undone, or handle separation can be fixed. Deliberately scratching and/or cutting the leather is not considered a manufacturer defect. Misuse through improper storage, resulting in wrinkled, cracking, or molding leather is also not considered a manufacturer defect. Accidental destruction of products (pets, car accidents, house fire, etc) is also not covered under the manufacturer warranty.

Should you need a repair service, please clean your product of any bodily fluids before shipment.

Cancelations

We will accept cancelations within 48 hours of your purchase, no questions asked. After 48 hours, your order is in production and cannot be canceled. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your cancelation, please contact us at undergroundLTHR@gmail.com.

International Orders:

Buyer is responsible for customs tarffis or VAT upon delivery. We do not collect import duties at this time. We do not offer refunds for abandoning items at customs due to import fees.
