Shipping policy

Section 1 - Shipping Disclaimer
To keep track of shipments and deliveries, check emails we send you, including your spam folder. We may request additional information through email or other contact forms to process your order.
Underground Leather shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise meet any obligation put forth here if the delay or failure is in full or in part caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control unless otherwise prohibited by law. All orders are shipped with tracking and mailing insurance, and are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you once your item is accepted by the shipping carrier. Orders that arrive damaged or are lost in transit must be handled by the customer through the appropriate mail carrier.

Section 2 - Fulfillment times

Everything in the ready to ship section ships within 3-5 days of purchase.

Everything in the made to order section has a production time listed at the bottom of the item. On average, that’s 2-3 weeks for small items, and 4-6 weeks for large items. This does not include shipping time.

Custom orders can take up to 8-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the item.

Section 3 - Shipping Estimates
Domestic Shipping is on average 4-6 business days, Excluding Sundays and Holidays. We ship with USPS. Once the order has shipped, how quickly it is delivered depends on the shipping provider. Estimated delivery dates to your zip code are provided at checkout and updated via email once your order is ready to ship. Please keep in mind they are estimates only, we do not guarantee the delivery date. We ship Orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Our carriers may or may not require a signature based on the value of the order or shipping method.

Section 4 - Shipping Refunds
In the event that you are overcharged for shipping, you are entitled to a refund of the difference between what you were charged and the actual price of shipping. 

Section 5 - International Shipments
You can expect the same fulfillment time as domestic orders. International shipping is on average 7-14 business days, Excluding Sundays and Holidays. We ship with USPS/UPS and USPS transfers all international orders to GlobalPost. Once the order has shipped, how quickly it is delivered depends on the shipping provider. Estimated delivery dates to your zip code are provided at checkout and updated via email once your order is ready to ship. Please keep in mind they are estimates only, we do not guarantee the delivery date. We ship Orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Our carriers may or may not require a signature based on the value of the order or shipping method. Buyer is responsible for customs tarffis or VAT upon delivery. We do not collect import duties at this time.
