The falls of this flogger are made with a mix of beautiful and flexible green vegetable-tanned cowhide and black oil tanned leather. This duo of different textures comes together to deliver sting with some weight to back it up. The swivel and finger loops are permanently affixed to negate the risk of detaching with heavy hits.  

This flogger is also great for people who like their toys to develop character through play. Veg-tan leather already comes with marks and abrasions from the life that the animal lived. It's an authentic leather that isn't sanded down to look uniform. As you use it, the veg-tan falls will change color and become softer and subtle through a process called patina. Forming a patina is a standard part of the natural ageing process for premium leather. It involves a gradual change in the leather’s physical properties. Aged leather goods have greater depth when it comes to color and texture.
