Made of our much heavier duty buffalo hide leather, this collar hangs loosely around the neck... unless you pull on the chain, of course.
Hardware: Stainless steel twist chain, heart ring, and Chicago screws.

Locking: Locking collar comes with a locking buckle, heart lock, and two keys.
You will need a seamstress tape measure for measuring precisely the circumference of your neck. please see the instructions for accuracy. The padded lining adds additional thickness, so use 2 fingers to leave room.
