Lightweight and quick moving, these paddles pack the smack. They're 11 inches in length and just over 4 inches wide. Made of 1cm of stacked vegetable tanned leather and hand dyed, with a steel core running through the handle.
Vegetable tanned leather has the unique property of having a sense of character. Over its lifetime, it'll tell the story of the cow it came from, the person that created something out of it (me), and the person that uses the finished product (you). You may see scratches, brandings, stretch marks, and bug bites, as well as color variations and patina over time. This is a feature of full grain, uncorrected leather.
